I scheduled my test at 9 a.m. yesterday at this location despite the bad reviews because they had open availability. The WiFi was out when I got there. I know that’s completely out of anyone’s control so I waited almost two hours for it to be back up so I can take my test. Other people opted to reschedule as they had already been waiting for a long time. The test center, in general, was good; when I took my exam, there were only four more people with me. The problem was that they didn't pay attention to whether the test takers were following rules during the exam. During my test, someone was doing the WHOLE listening section without headphones on, disrupting my concentration because it was really loud. I have to retake my test. Unfortunately, this is the only test center near my house where I can do the exam. I hope this doesn't happen again during my second test

I was worried about taking my test here after reading some of the reviews but I had a good experience here and would come back. The waiting room is small but even with four other testers signing in at the same time I was only in the waiting area for less than 10 minutes. There are also plenty of lockers available to put your items in, maybe this is a new addition so I'm not sure why the other reviews say there aren't lockers available. Waiting area was way too small. There are 6 chairs alongside the wall and there are 20+ people waiting for one staff to take care of everything. Appointment was at 9: 30am and at 9:05 the staff was still taking care of the 8:30 testers.

After reading reviews I was nervous but I did not have the experience that others complained about. Restroom is next to their office, use that first. The two office workers were polite and professional. You sign a consent form, They look at your test ticket, they take your photo and you are fingerprinted. Then you begin your test at your desk. My one complaint was they do not have a private locker to put your purse in. It goes on a table in the other room which I could not see from my desk. My test was in the morning an... read more
