Where should I start?! Cause I definitely can’t make this up! First, there should be no stars! Last night I checked my email to see if there would be a cancellation/reschedule email from Pearson regarding this location due to the severe weather. I normally do not leave reviews but here we go. This was hands down the worst testing experience I have ever had. Everything written in the other reviews is 110% true. I arrived at 8:50 for my 9:00 exam and there was a huge line in the hallway, flickering lights, and absolutely no communication from anyone. People were knocking on the door trying to get answers, and no one came out for almost an hour. When someone finally did, she said they were only taking four testers at a time. I never knew I needed to read reviews on a testing center. My test was scheduled at 9:15 I show up at 9:10 and the door is locked. I knock on the door the lady says we’re having problems we will call you and close the door in my face. It’s 9:33 and I am still waiting. There is someone else he waiting now. Might be the worst testing center I've ever been to. To start off I will be submitting a formal complaint to TDLR (This is who regulates Testing centers like these in Texas), and Pearson Vue. I arrived at 8:40, for my scheduled appointment of 9:30 (we are told to arrive 30 minutes early) and I did not get to take my test until past 12. There was only 1 employee, who was very stressed, and at one point yelled at us for asking questions. She kept having to call her supervisor, when we would ask simple questions. ‘If I could give zero stars, I would’ kind of experience. It was by far the most frustrating testing experience I’ve ever had. My test was scheduled for 8:30AM, and we were told to arrive 15 minutes early. When I got there, there was a line, almost 25 people waiting because there was no staff present to check us in. We ended up waiting almost 2 hours until a staff showed up. Then we had to wait again while she turned on the computers and checked everyone in.
