I had situation with a tenant for non payment of rent. Melanie was very helpful throughout the process. She guided us through the process, timelines, possible outcomes of the LTB case with no false promises or unrealistic timelines. Extremely professional and most importantly, very transparent with the case/file expenses. Would highly recommend her for any paralegal advice and ltb issues!

Not a team player. Completely unprepared, did not repond to key questions prior to hearing, asked for documents morning of hearing, did not speak at tribunal (representation was non existent) , did not want to discuss situation in a consultation room during hearing .
Waste of time and money will never work with her again! She is very negative you won’t win with her
Doesn’t really care about you, only your money. Retained her March 2021 was referred by friends lawyer. Miscalculated rent owed on L1 form. No transparency. Melanie tried to reschedule hearing with LTB and did not even let us know and we attended the hearing and during the hearing adjudicator said our hearing wasn’t scheduled for that day (due to Melanie saying she can’t go that day and asked for it to be rescheduled but then later saying she can go with no confirmation from LTB).
