Terrible customer service and poor product quality. I bought a defective item and went back to exchange it, but they refused because the packaging had been opened. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just a replacement! I had to deal with FOUR different employees, and their attitudes were rude and unprofessional. How are customers supposed to know a product is defective without opening it? Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this store.
Huge selection of stuff with okay prices, especially for imports
