I am fairly certain that this company is a scam, and after reading that several other people had my same experience of being charged for a vehicle that was never provided to them, I'm almost certain that it is. Of you're looking for a last minute rental car like I was, I would absolutely avoid renting from this company, unless you want to have a $500 charge on your card while they refuse to find another vehicle for you. This is the worst rental car company of all time. Horrible customer service that blocked my phone number after charging me for a car they did not provide. Do not rent a car from them or you will regret it.

Don’t bother. They have an app that is great when everything goes well. But over the last 5 years about 50% of the time there are major issues. I’ve arrived at the spot and there wasn’t a car. I have picked up the car and it wasn’t charged many times. These delays often cause me to miss the meetings that I am renting the car for. Today is the final straw. This company stole my money. I paid for a car that they said was no longer available. Any other rental place in that situation would provide you with a different vehicle at no additional charge. I've called them 40 times and no one will actually talk to me. Their text message communication is functionally useless if you have a real issue that needs to be resolved. I waited about a year to write a review to let everything totally sink in. We rented a Model Y Long Range for our Honeymoon. It was a 2022 Model (not what the pictures showed) so we had about 100 miles range LESS than expected. The car was also delivered with a crack in the windshield, not cleaned, and at about 18% charge. We also paid extra for Full Self-Driving, and the car didn't even have FSD for the first 2 days.
