DO NOT RENT TESLA FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! 🤬 BE CAREFUL! I even doubted if the reviews were real renter. THEY ARE SCAMMER , Liar, Dishonest and unprofessionals. I rented A blue Tesla model 3 for July 19-21. I paid more than $268.00 submitted driver license and insurance. They put a $500 from my credit card.They send me the pick up address by email. Terrible experience with TeslaRents in NYC. Booked a Tesla for a weekend trip, but the car was delivered late with a low battery, barely enough to reach a charging station. The app kept crashing, making it hard to unlock the vehicle. Customer service was unresponsive, leaving me stranded for hours. Hidden fees popped up on my bill with no explanation. Poorly managed and unreliable—avoid unless you want stress!

Disappointing experience with TeslaRents in NYC. They charged me a $350 smoking fee after renting a Tesla, claiming marijuana was found. I don’t smoke or use marijuana, and the inspection happened after their employee picked up the car, so it could’ve been (has to be) introduced then. TeslaRents provided no valid evidence despite my requests and hasn’t refunded the fee. Make sure you make a picture of every single part of the car else they will scam you.
