I had a perplexing experience at this shop. I had an insurance claim open with Allstate and it was all set to go. I dropped off my car and then several days later I get a text that says “do you know what happened with Allstate?”… I thought these guys would be experienced and know what to do but at the end I got the Allstate adjuster and the shop rep on the line and it was as if this was their first ever claim. Fixed up my ride so I can go work with my girlies in Vegas
They are not easy to work with insurance adjusters. They charge more than adjusters will pay. They also misquote the adjusters and then change rates. They should honor their mistakes. Try not to get James if possible.
