This Law Firm Engages in Legal Malpractice. This was found to be true In The Fourth District Court Wasatch County Utah. Case No. 110500168 dc. The court concluded that the Tesch Law Firm's /Gail Laser's legal representation fell below the standard of care. (Page 8 & 10) Gail Laser also told me, "I forgot how the law works." (page 6 Par 34) This was after she filed the wrong papers in the wrong court at the wrong time. And billed thousands for it!
