I had a great experience at Terwillegar Massage Centre. The massage was very relaxing. Jennifer did an excellent full-body massage that helped relieve my stress and tension. She was professional, skilled, and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. I left feeling calm, refreshed, and much more relaxed. Made an appointment through THEIR booking website, got confirmation, drove to the appointment. Only to be told by text/call 5 mins before the appointment that they have to cancel it, “because it’s a same day appointment”. Talked to (I believe) the owner, about how they shouldn’t allow their booking website to take the same day appointment if they do not intend to upkeep it. Owner’s response was “We are not responsible for our booking website” WHAT? How is this business not responsible for the booking and subscriptions system... read more

My partner and I came here for a couple’s massage last Saturday. On the positive side, they offer direct billing for insurance, which was very convenient, and my partner had a great experience with her therapist, Jennifer. Unfortunately, my experience with Swathi was very disappointing and unprofessional. Throughout the entire session, he was constantly on his phone. Shanel was very kind, respectful, and professional, making the session feel relaxing and comfortable. She’s a student but provided a massage that surpassed all the RMTs I’ve been to. She picked up on an injury I hadn’t mentioned and adjusted her work accordingly without interrupting the flow of the session. The pressure and technique were perfect, and I left feeling noticeably better. I would book with her again.
