Great service, good pricing and very friendly staff
Impossible to get service at pharmacy. It was like we were transparent
The worst service ever… being in an industry where you are supposed to be helping people especially who need medication, this lady over the phone told me she won’t be able to help me over a query of available stock for the medication I was after (so that my doctor can send them scripts for my medication). Highly incompetent and ruthless attendant tells me “I dont have time for this, I can’t look for your medication. Have a nice day” and hung up. Very prompt and great service.
This place has a great service. So why did I say that? Well, it's because once I did an inspection with my health that day, and I got a transcript from my doctor. I didn't know how the transcript worked, so I met one of the staff in Chemmart. His name is Josh, he explain how the transcript worked and found out one of fault as well. I'm kinda disappointed by my doctor, so he gave me a discount for my treatment. I'm so glad that I met someone who had a good service and how care for each patient likes myself.
