I have continuously had poor experiences with this pharmacy. After switching from the MedAdvisor application (where I had no issues) to the Terry White Application at the insistence of the pharmacist, I’ve had orders cancelled without explanation, and a refusal to dispense valid prescriptions through the application because they were not e-scripts (despite having previously provided the paper script on several occasions directly to the pharmacy to be stored on file, as they insisted could be done, and bringing in the physica... read more

Excellent service always.
Was a 5 star...Always had excellent experience, advice and great service, great staff. Update 2025....Things have changed a lot. My normal pharmacist has moved to another location. Replacement man was not great at all. Just not nice. I've moved on to Tom at Mt Barker South Shops. He is great, just like Jonny!
