I've been going there for many years. The pharmacists and staff are always very helpful
Wonderful customer service. After trying multiple pharmacies with no luck for a kids oximeter. I rang TerryWhite Launceston and was offered alternate solutions on who I could call, she checked their stock levels, and unboxed an adult one to determine whether it would suit a child or not. Great customer service. For other parents reference - the Terry White adult oximeter reads a 3yo's finger. They will be my first call next time. Lovely in store too and easy parking.
Do not rely on them for consistent medication because they have no ordering system, they simply order what they think they need, no stock take or anything. Any of all the litte girls behind the counter gossiping i could only understand the manager..
The ladies here are by far the most caring helpful staff you will EVER come across, I go in ALOT for spinal pain meds and other things for my children etc, they really do care genuinely about each one of our health.
