A big shout out to the great staff and their friendly service. This has been our go-to local chemist since moving to the coast many years ago. A special thank you to the pharmacist, Ahmed. I was in there a few days ago looking specifically for something for an ongoing problem. He was so very helpful and caring. His recommendation of what I need has been life-changing. Not forgetting the young lady and her caring nature, who suggested I speak to the pharmacist - so glad I listened.
They never have anyone at POS. Customers have to wait until staff at Pharmacy noticed them. I’ve waited to be served over ten minutes on at least three occasions. It won’t hsppen again

Zoe is honestly one of those people who is always there to help. She never hesitates to step in, answer questions, or go the extra mile to make sure customers are okay. You can tell she genuinely cares — she listens, takes her time, and makes people feel supported rather than rushed. Even on busy or stressful days, Zoe stays kind, patient, and approachable.
