The staff deserved every star but unfortunately, the one pharmacist working this afternoon really ruined it for them. I'd booked in a vaccination and he was rather late anyway but when he finally arrived, he abruptly told me to go to the room and sit down. I was friendly and tried to be chatty and I could see he was stressed. Instead of taking a moment to breath, he was so short and cold and very unpleasant.
