Most staffs are angels, they helped out my prescriptions and also packaging dropping services . I sincerely hope though the staffs work as a unified team. Just for all your information, their prescription co-pay prices are outrageously expensive compared to the Chemist Warehouse next door, which charges far less for the same medications. What a joke. I was told by staff it would be a 10-minute wait for a single prescription—fair enough. Instead, I ended up waiting 30 minutes with no update or apology from anyone. Doing renovations with barely any staff on hand is poor planning. Maybe focus less on boxing up and more on serving your customers
