They couldn't care less about another human beings situation. Handling prescriptions is also taking into account people's real life situations and catering to individual needs. 1 star is too much but 0 stars isn't available so 1 is given. Horrible feeling walking into a pharmacy where actually caring doesnt exist.

I Went in to get nurofen and the lady there insisted I get the terry white brand version. It didnt do a thing. I needed to go buy nurofen after. Then my brother went to get gastro stop yesterday and they did the same thing, pushed he buy the terry white version and once again IT DID NOT WORK! strongly advise against buying terry white brand meds, and probly this store to avoid any uncomfortable situation

ETA: I was contacted by Trinh, Manager, who had seen review below and investigated with staff. She was very apologetic and has offered reimbursement. Very appreciative of her efforts. Terrible service. Conflicting information provided by two different staff members, no apology for excessive wait time, inefficient processes and a general lack of interest in customers. Will not return.

Such great service, every time! The team are professional, however the standout is how caring and respectful the team is. I can be having a rough day, and let’s be real going to the chemist isn’t top of the list of fun things to do, yet you’re greeted with a simile and a genuine sense of care. I really appreciate you gals!! 🙏🏻 Thank you 🫶🏻
