Such great service, every time! The team are professional, however the standout is how caring and respectful the team is. I can be having a rough day, and let’s be real going to the chemist isn’t top of the list of fun things to do, yet you’re greeted with a simile and a genuine sense of care. I really appreciate you gals!! 🙏🏻 Thank you 🫶🏻

I just moved to the area but my husband has lived here for 17yrs before moving away. Now that he’s back he suggested I try TWC. Just don’t - literally go anywhere but here. Heck, your neighbour may know more about your prescriptions and be less nosy. First Lady I spoke to was wonderful! The rest of the team were too - no faults or issues with the general pharmacy staff! Every month the trouble I have with a prescription is unbelievable how hard it's it??? Nothing changes but I still have an argument with the staff.... Even done in a blister pack they still can't get it right

If I could give 0 I would. Had the worse experience yesterday at this store. Firstly, when you walk in, it feels like none of the staff want to serve you. Second of all, when you are served, it feels like stepping on glass. Thank you to the short-haired woman, I will never return to this chemist. Terrible “customer service” and manner.

Have been using this chemist for at least 10 years. Staff are always helpful and friendly. They also deliver Webster packs of medication which is a fantastic service. Highly recommend!
