Professional, friendly service! I bought a new bike at Terry's this spring and Chris suggested that before I purchase I should go for a professional fitting up in Traverse City. It was the best riding advice I have ever received. He hooked me up with a professional bike fitter who worked with me and Chris to make sure the bike I ordered was a perfect fit for me. I’ve been out of riding for a couple of years. I was on my way to the trail to get back into it. I stopped at the store on my way just to look around. talked with Chris he was a great guy helped me with a couple of questions I had, and told me how to find the trail parking. The store was great good selection of bikes. it would be hard to find a better shop to go to in MI.

Weeks back on my way home from work, I passed a cycle shop on M46, and when I called the one I googled, I mistakenly called Terry's. I'm grateful for that mistake however because Chris was able to get me taken care of in just a days time. Very kind, honest and evidently hard working. Two bikes dropped off and returned repaired in just 24 hours. I was impressed and very grateful. Thanks guys
Excellent service from afar! Chris found the perfect bike for a college student. He even tossed in a gently used rack and phone holder. Worth the drive to Terry’s! Thanks Chris!!!
