Terry is a master craftsman and his work is exceptional. Unfortunately a couple of bad reviews in 61 years of doing upholstery leaves a sour taste but you can't please everyone. Thankyou to those who have left a good review and who appreciates Terry's work. Soon there won't be anyone left who learnt their the trade the old way.
Terry upholstered 6 dining room chairs for us and was the most helpful and experienced his workmanship is A1
Agree with 'Nutley'. Very arrogant and rude. I took my business elsewhere (to someone very pleasant who did an excellent job)
I had Terry recover 6chairs for me.the material and workmanship was perfect.he finished them within the time agreed .I am very happy with my chairs they are much more comfortable.
Only had a small job,repair to a large cushion cover. Very neat work, Terry fitted it in between larger jobs and I got it back the next day, very reasonably priced.
