Terry's came to the rescue when our key safe battery died and we weren't able to change it without getting into the safe. Henry was there within the hour and got us sorted. Thank you for the prompt service and will definitely recommend you.

Had a pleasure dealing with Terrys Gold Coast Safes,I originally purchased a pre owned safe from their website and realised on the morning of install without to much notice that it wouldn't fit, they were able to recommend and swap it for another model right away without delaying the job, they popped over to Mermaid Beach and I got a link to track the driver which was on schedule, very professional service also the equipment they have which suited me, as they had to bring it all the way up to my apartment, Jak really did a g... read more

Recently had my old very heavy safe remove from my residence in Mermaid Waters, the service was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the process all went very smoothly. Would highly recommend this business if you have a safe that needs moving or relocating.
