Terry's came to the rescue when our key safe battery died and we weren't able to change it without getting into the safe. Henry was there within the hour and got us sorted. Thank you for the prompt service and will definitely recommend you.

Had a pleasure dealing with Terrys Gold Coast Safes,I originally purchased a pre owned safe from their website and realised on the morning of install without to much notice that it wouldn't fit, they were able to recommend and swap it for another model right away without delaying the job, they popped over to Mermaid Beach and I got a link to track the driver which was on schedule, very professional service also the equipment they have which suited me, as they had to bring it all the way up to my apartment, Jak really did a g... read more

We had Mitch attend our building in Palm Beach today to help us with a smart lock issues. Absolutely amazing service, he had the job done in no time at all. Mitch was also able to supply and install an additional smaller lock to an owners storage shed without any issues at all. I through that request at him last minute and he had the lock onboard. Great Service. I had a safe and a bolt lock installed to my place in Mudgeeraba. The boys were lovely, fast and left the place spotless. Very happy customer.
