Great experience with Terry Reid Hyundai. My wife bought a 2026 Hyundai Tuscon Limited on Dec 2, 2025. The car is amazing and sells itself. But the staff made the experience even better. Tillman is the best salesman and was so attentive to our questions. Could not ask for a better human being to deal with. Need to mention the management staff (Dexter and Ryan) who were an absolute pleasure to chat with as well as negotiate the final price. I drove over from Birmingham to buy a new Genesis. Tillman, Patrick, and all of the crew were very friendly and helpful. Also, they worked hard to give me a fair price for my trade. I highly recommend this sales team.
Do NOT trust them. Very shady company. Had an appointment to drive in and buy a car only to be told they sold it out from under me. No apologies. Nothing. Not somewhere you should spend your money.
Was looking for the correct parts to fix my mirror. I provided my VIN and they told me the parts to buy. Parts didn't fit and they won't accept refunds
