We bought a 2023 Hyundai Kona 3 yrs. ago. We were not told at yhe time that the car had a chronic oil problem. So our granddaughter around scared her car was going to run out of oil. We took it in and they wouldn't do anything but change the oil and say we had to keep up with the oil it used and maybe they would change out the engine. We did what they said and now we have had to get a new car for her because she is going out of town for school. The Service Dept and every dept. are very enept, rude and could care less. Update 7/18 service. Five-star service once again because of Tommy W.! Tommy got my car in on a weekend, provided clear information on what I needed, and kept me updated throughout the process. He is the best service manager I have encountered at any Hyundai dealership. Tommy's work ethic is exemplary and the sole reason Terry Reid Hyundai has me as a customer. Absolutely one of the strangest car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I was ready to buy a vehicle not once, but twice and somehow this dealership managed to let me walk out both times. That takes a special kind of skill. My experience with Mo was frustrating from the beginning.
