I've had an amazing experience with Terry Reid Hyundai so far, and I wanted to share my thoughts after my 1st vehicle service. We arrived at 10:30 AM and left around 12:30 PM. Our vehicle had a recall, and we also got an oil change. I was there with my three daughters (ages 10, 9, and 6), and I really appreciated being able to put cartoons on the TV while I enjoyed some coffee. WOW.... Seriously, beware of service writer Mo... Seriously... We took our Hyundai Tucson with a check engine light... Needed an "Active Air Flap "repaired at only 67K miles - I was surprised, but if it needs it, whatever. We purchased the vehicle with an extended warranty at Kennesaw Hyundai. Mo quoted us $1600.
