If you are dealing with Terry do not waste your time. He submitted business and personal taxes without reviewing them with me. I had not sent over expenses for the first half of the year and he submitted them anyway. A month will go by without a response to a direct email. He takes zero responsibility.

I have used Terry now since 2022 and every year the tax fee has gone up but the services have not improved. For my 2025 tax return I had to make corrections that were missed on their end due to lack of paying attention to detail on Tax Return paperwork. When you work in that filed it is imperative no mistakes are made. I received a letter from the IRS stating I qualified for an additional refund due to the negligence of Terry and his team not submitting the additional form which should have been caught in the first place.
