WARNING!! I hire this guy for a work case injury is really unprofessional, not organized at all it toke him a year to run my case and in the end he just send me a letter sayin is not longer represented my case and the he only collect for him, now he say the I have to go pick up my package ( paperwork) or he’s going to throw it in the garage because he’s moving to a different location. I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS GUY AT ALL
I have not had to use this lawyer, but my relatives have. He does not follow up with his disability cases. It has been going on for many years and still no answers, you call and he is never there. All his staff can say is that it takes time. How long does he expect a person to wait!
Mr Constant is a great attorney. I choose him because of his vast knowledge. He was affordable and always had time to take my calls. I would highly recommend.
Terry Constant represented a personal injury case for me several years ago. I was told there was a meeting to attempt to settle out of court. After the meeting I received a telephone call stating there was no settlement and I would need a lot more money to go to court and was better off just dropping the case. I always thought the case had been settled, and to this day, I have never received any documentation regarding settlement. I don't even know if there is a place to look up what the outcome was.
