Very rude and disrespectful individual. Told me to go waste someone else’s time when I asked a simple question before wasting time and money on an expensive appointment.
I went for a class 3 medical. He's a gentleman and very professional. The receptionist is very friendly as well. Good customer service.
I’ve been going to Dr. Johnston for Cat 1 medicals since 2017. KF aero is super easy to deal with and always happy to help with scheduling issues. Dr. Johnston and his staff are amazing, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get an aviation medical in the Kelowna area.
He is incompetent. KF Aero must be run by idiots to partner with Terry Johnston.
Canceled my appointment for OGUK medical 3 days before medical. I booked weeks in advance and the cancelation really left me in a bind. Do not recommend.
