I would not recommend using Terry under any circumstances. He had not even reviewed the documentation provided prior to our meeting. He then proceeded to talk over me, not allow me to explain, and spoke very condescendingly about the situation that he admitted he did not even review yet. I felt this was highly unprofessional and I did not pursue utilizing him any further. I recommend you save the time and find a different lawyer from the start.
Terry is very smart, knows the law, factual, "honest", VERY direct & upfront. He was referred to me from another very good lawyer friend. I/ we were very happy with our experience with Terry & would recommend him. Terry will tell you whether he can help you or not. We got our result that we were hoping for in the end. Great experience. Leave it to the lawyers to help you as they are the professionals in their field of work.
