I had to cancel my therapy appointment early December because I wasn’t able to get off work. I had a family member die and found a tumor in my stomach so rescheduling this wasn’t top of my list on top of the holidays. I reached out less then 6 weeks after my cancelled appointment and they let me know they dropped me and I would have to do intake again soonest appointment for my only available day was over 3 months out. Therapist is a joke that does EMDR but can't ground you or have basic thing as teach you to breath. She doesn't do that lol that what she said.
