I was inquiring for a tailshaft balancing and the person answering was just very pissed off and even cursed me. For the record I did not do or say anything to him, I was very calm and collected at that time of the call. I was just shocked on how he reacted to my inquiry and said that I was just a waste of time. He was very rude to be honest.
I've been through Blue a couple times to either order parts or get small jobs done that the average DIY person doesn't have tools to Do. Having fitted in my last job at very short notice and was done quicker than expected given it was quite busy and at very short notice gets a 5 star rating from me. Definitely Will Using Territory Driveline again for any driveline work that can't be done at home

Absolutely incredible. If you have any driveline / U joint issues in Darwin Blue is your guy. Incredible knowledge and has a willingness to go above and beyond. Fit us in last minute and got the job done in under 2 hours when all other mechanics gave us 2 week wait. Given the issue was potentially catastrophic and we live in our van, his service was invaluable to us. Thanks again
