Booked a car and arranged pick from the airport. Our flight was 30 minutes late arriving - called them at 4.50pm when we landed to see how to pick up, was told they were closed and they would bring to our motel the next day.. When I said we were staying out of Darwin and that would not work, he said he would try to organise something and call me back - never heard back from them and they ignored my call backs! Had to book another car at the airport instead at double the price!.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM HERE - spent alot money purchasing vehicle ,which only had for a month- gear box now has blown Was extremely unhelpful and rude refused to fix or even look at it . Only bought month ago and traded our vehicle in. Looking at reviews everyone has Same complaints and problems. Company only replies to positive reviews and ignore all bad reviews WORST COMPANY SCAMMERS
Confirmed booking. But when I arrived there was no car and no record of our booking. And all other cars booked out. He then offered to geta car from another company. 30 minutes wait and the other car was a beat up ford falcon xr6 (rent a bomb). Avoid. It’s not any good service.
My friends purchased a car from here which had clearly been tampered with before being sold. They have had to replace the immobiliser as their car would not start. Territory Car Rentals refuse to admit that they had tampered with the car and their customer service is awful. Their car has been repaired by a local mechanic who can provide reports on how the car was tampered with. Avoid purchasing cars from here. They will leave you high and dry if you report an issues with the car after you purchase it.
Purchased a car from them recently. Was offered a month warranty also. When the car did not start a week after purchase, upon contacting them they were extremely rude and went back on their promises. Seems from other reviews that this company sell faulty cars. Avoid at all costs.
