Very strange experience with this business. I had booked a week rental for a modern Toyota Camry from them and had spoken to Lucky in advance and all seemed well and good. I received a call a day before my booking letting me know they would be closed the day i was intending on picking up the car and so I’d arranged to meet them a day early in a very small window. Wonderful service from the manager/owner of this business, and as well his employees/staff are friendly & efficient! Reasonable prices especially when nothing was available in darwin or over $2000 to have a not so good car to rent from other companies!! I was afraid I would have no personal transportation when I was in darwin which it was very much needed but was wonderfully sorted & assisted with them also giving a lift to my hotel at the end & to the business at the start, as well as their understanding & paitence didn’t g... read more
Booked a car and arranged pick from the airport. Our flight was 30 minutes late arriving - called them at 4.50pm when we landed to see how to pick up, was told they were closed and they would bring to our motel the next day.. When I said we were staying out of Darwin and that would not work, he said he would try to organise something and call me back - never heard back from them and they ignored my call backs! Had to book another car at the airport instead at double the price!.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM HERE - spent alot money purchasing vehicle ,which only had for a month- gear box now has blown Was extremely unhelpful and rude refused to fix or even look at it . Only bought month ago and traded our vehicle in. Looking at reviews everyone has Same complaints and problems. Company only replies to positive reviews and ignore all bad reviews WORST COMPANY SCAMMERS
Confirmed booking. But when I arrived there was no car and no record of our booking. And all other cars booked out. He then offered to geta car from another company. 30 minutes wait and the other car was a beat up ford falcon xr6 (rent a bomb). Avoid. It’s not any good service.
