It has been a few months since I saw Terrie. I was sceptical that she would be able to help me with my life long addiction to cigarettes because I had quit so many times before only to wind up smoking again. As a heavy smoker I honestly didn’t think hypnosis would work for me, but I’m so glad I found Terrie and got her help. She was amazing, calm, supportive and really understood what I was going through. Her support and encouragement before and after our session was outstanding. I walked in a sceptic and walked out a non-smoker. It feels incredible to finally be free of cigarettes after so many years of trying and I can’t thank Terrie enough.

Today marks 1 year that I am sober from alcohol, drugs and smoking!!! It is the first time in 30 years!! And I could never have done this without the help from Terrie, I felt like I was broken in my first session with Terrie and she was so kind and so helpful that I knew with Terrie’s support I could beat these addictions and here I am. What a wonderful person. Im currently into my third week of no sugar and have lost weight which is why I saw Terri. I certainly recommend seeing Terri if you want to change the way you eat and stop your sugar intake
