I bought gas and needed to use the restroom. The woman behind the counter said none of the restrooms were working! I ask her what she used she said she had a restroom but costumers couldn't use it. I always get me gas at Terrible's but not anymore. I will be spreading the word not to go to that Terrible's.

Car wash all the time closed while I paid a monthly plan. If every time i need car wash it is closed you are stolen my money. Maybe you are thinking "go to another one" Yes the other location close is rainbow&desert inn rd is the same always have the same problem, is closed

Very bad experience I had 2 items not ring up and the cashier made me pick something else other than going to check the price when I asked him about it he said it’s mornings problem not his problem and that I’m pretty much screwed why put things on the floor if you can’t ring them in on top of that bottom tier customer service I see why you call yourselves terrible

They can’t seem to keep their touch free crash operational for more than a week at a time. As someone who works graveyards I was excited to have a car wash that worked with my schedule, but this is the third time in a row I’ve gone and it’s been broken over the course of two months. It’s ludicrous. I’ll take my business elsewhere I guess.
