Terrible = wonderful I had an expensive A/C repair. Terrible's service writer and manager were friendly and professional; they did the work fast and right. Also, they lowered the bill by nearly $100 from the estimate, just as they promised (said they'd 'help me if possible' on the bill - usually that is a joke from merchants) !!! A/C is now freezing cold and amazing. As are these guys. I'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks Scott !
