Extremely rude cashier! I went to use the restroom and the woman scolded me for not asking permission. I asked if I needed to buy something to use it and she told me no but I should have asked next time and told me I looked suspicious like I was going to steal something! I was extremely offended by that accusation and I ended up walking away.
Zero customer service. No answer on the carwash help button. No answer via phone. Vacuums ZERO suction. Vacuums hoses on ground with no tips. Tried calling Terribles main dispatch #-no answer. Dirty. Potentially the worst location I have been to.
OK service, fast gas pumps. Conveniently located.
Had no issues at the Terrible Herbst on Tropicana / Fort Apache
Came in to buy a few things at 2 am. I work uber and lyft. However the attendant wouldnt let me use the restroom. I wont be stopping by this location anymore.
