Management and workers were friendly, however do note there was an issue with the car wash monthly plan. Thankfully Rebecca Jasso on their customer care team helped with the refund and even offered coupons for the trouble. So all in all you can trust Terribles, but you should make sure to slot in time for both troubleshooting the monthly plan and any potential technical issues in the future. Customer service at corporate is good.
Don't buy the car wash membership. It goes under maintenance for weeks at a time regularly and then they make it difficult to cancel. You don't save any money because you can't even get your car washed enough to make the membership worth it.
