My settlement was final in October of 2023, Terrell Marshall law firm sent me an email with an agreement on the amount I was offered...I agreed on the amount and signed the forms back in October...we are almost at the end of January 2024 and I haven't received my check or even a follow-up email....I left numerous messages and no one has called me back.
