Becky J Terrapin Tile has completed two custom bath rooms for us at our business, Bout Time Bed & Breakfast in Montour Falls The two shower jobs were designed and built by Terrapin and we were very happy with the outcome. Great company Terrapin Tile installed porcelain tile in my basement. They did a great job and completed the work on time. I don't understand the negative reviews that I see here. My experience was entirely positive.
Terrible service I needed a 300 sq ft bathroom tiled earlier this year so I called Terrapin Tile and spoke to a man named Tom Holmes. Gave him my contact info and he said he was busy but would call back with a time to instpect the job. Three weeks later, no answer. Called back and he said he didn't remember speaking with me. Gave him my contact info again and he said he would meet at my house at 10am. I took off work that day and waited all day. No one ever showed. Called Tom at 4pm wondering why he didn't show. Terrapin Tile is TERRIBLE I hired Terrapin Tile to grout a brick wall I had put up. They visited my house, stated it was easily doable, and should take about one day. On the day that the work was to be done, I returned home at noon to find that they had smeared grout all over the face of the brick, ruining a section of the wall.
