The Logo software they provide is one of the best I've seen. I've been using it for six years, and it's never gotten old. And plus, the program is fully-featured free! (Besides saving -.-)
I ordered a robot for my nephew for which I was very excited for. I paid for the price of the product plus shipping. When the UPS (Canada's delivery) arrived, they asked for an additional $67 CAN at the door for customs. When I called the Terrapin Software to discuss and the CEO was very rude and impatient on the call. Later I wanted them to redirect my product to a US address to avoid the custom fees so I called back several times but no answer, I left a voicemail and emailed the company but no one returned my messages.
