I discovered Terrapin Ridge Farms products while browsing through a local specialty shop I wanted to try the Pesto Aoli and the Coconut Curry Aoli. They have both proven to be great choices. They are versatile and delicious. The Coconut Aoli was a good option for my Mahi Mahi recipe and added a little bit of Caribbean flair to the fish! Next time I will try the Hot Pepper Raspberry Preserves and the Blueberry Bourbon Pecan Jam!
