Carlos here is a real gem. He was the lender for a buyer for our old house back in october of 2020. He missed 2 closing dates cause in 60 days he did 0 paper work. We canceled after they failed to meet the extended closing date. As a result we are out of the earnest check no for over 9 months because the title company wont honor their contract that fell through all because of Carlos.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am specifically writing a complaint about mortgage broker, Carlos Lerman, the owner of Terra Ferma Mortgage Inc. He personally called my cell number and threatened me in an attempt to force me to sell my property to his buyer, even though the contract expired many months ago.
