Friendly staff, no mucking around, time to ask questions/ seek advice. Will deal with Terrace Tiles again, definitely.
After a challenging build we opted to engage directly with Terrace Tiles rather than our builder over a small number of minor defects. This was a difficult choice as many trades had let us down, but we need not have worried. Lee and his teams are excellent, and their work is of a very high quality. Lee came back to address the minor defects as promised, he and his team were kind and understanding re: the building ordeal we had been through.
