I am more than happy with my new bathroom from Lee and his team! Any issues that arose during the project were addressed and sorted in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of both parties. Yes they were very busy with other projects but they did their best to respond and keep us updated. I am an extremely fussy person and they managed to make me a happy customer! We just had a GJ Gardner home built for us. For those people planning to build a home with them. Let me warn you if they are using Terrace Tiles to do the tiling work you would be best to look elsewhere. Terrace tiles have been the most unreliable trade company to deal with they have made many mistakes and won’t fix their defects Even after being told by the Builder and Supervisor on numerous times. Do not buy from here. Had a small order of $128 worth of tiles paid for upfront. Circumstances beyond my control meant I could not proceed with sale. Was informed that I would receive $50 out of my $128. Ripoff.They do not state what their refund policy is pre purchase
