We just had a GJ Gardner home built for us. For those people planning to build a home with them. Let me warn you if they are using Terrace Tiles to do the tiling work you would be best to look elsewhere. Terrace tiles have been the most unreliable trade company to deal with they have made many mistakes and won’t fix their defects Even after being told by the Builder and Supervisor on numerous times. Do not buy from here. Had a small order of $128 worth of tiles paid for upfront. Circumstances beyond my control meant I could not proceed with sale. Was informed that I would receive $50 out of my $128. Ripoff.They do not state what their refund policy is pre purchase

After a challenging build we opted to engage directly with Terrace Tiles rather than our builder over a small number of minor defects. This was a difficult choice as many trades had let us down, but we need not have worried. Lee and his teams are excellent, and their work is of a very high quality. Lee came back to address the minor defects as promised, he and his team were kind and understanding re: the building ordeal we had been through.
