My mother was a long-term resident for five years; she passed away, and I never received condolences from the administration or the rest of the staff. Jessica, the administrator, was disappointing, and the nurse Mabel treated my mother quite poorly—she had a colostomy and was disgusted by the task of changing the bag. It is an old facility that is dirty in some areas; the care is poor, and the food is terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT—A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.
