The staff are so kind and friendly. My mother feels welcome and well taken care of. They go out of there way to make things easier for the residents and their families.
My mother spent the final chapter of her life at Terrace Grove, and I was consistently impressed by the compassion, dignity, and thoughtfulness with which she was treated. The care, responsiveness, and leadership demonstrated by the staff were exceptional. They regularly went out of their way to help my mother, including making sure she could get to appointments and helping coordinate the details when she needed additional care. My mom spent her last few months at Terrace Grove. What a blessing it was for her to be cared for by such wonderful people! The atmosphere and quality of care exceeded our expectations. They all truly cared about my mom and our family. Karmon, Stephanie, the nurses and aides were just amazing! Also it was very affordable even at the highest level of care.
My mother has been in Terrace Grove for almost 3 years. Everything has been wonderful. She loves the caregivers and has developed good friendships with all of them. Relationships with people is what makes her happy. We couldn’t be more pleased with their service. Donald
