My mother has been in Terrace Grove for almost 3 years. Everything has been wonderful. She loves the caregivers and has developed good friendships with all of them. Relationships with people is what makes her happy. We couldn’t be more pleased with their service. Donald
Steffany, Karmon, and staff have been so helpful and patient through my Mother’s transition into Terrace Grove. We are really grateful for everything they have done. As hard as moving into assisted living is, they have made it much easier. I’m grateful we chose Terrace Grove for my Mother.
My mother has been a resident here at Terrace Grove for about 5 years. She has been well cared for. It gives me peace of mind knowing that she is in good hands. They have her best interests at heart. She has made many friends there. Which is wonderful before Terrace Grove she never did much with others. Now she’s so happy with all the friends and relationships she has made.
Staff treats my mother with great love care respect providing her a safe environment. Very open and upfront with care being provided. Always open respectful thoughtful when decisions can be difficult. A great place to meet new friends with excellent nursing care.
The staff at Terrace Grove have cared for my father for a number of years. They treat him like family. Karmon and Steff have been amazing with their communication and helping us navigate many difficult situations. We are so grateful for them.
