As I start looking for my mom I appreciated the knowledge and understanding Chelsea shared.
Incredible people skills- no annoying hard sell- just giving us info .we are fans!
We took a tour of Terrace Glen Village this morning. Chelsea did a great job of showing us a couple of different independent living apartments and many of the amenities that this place had to offer She was very friendly, answered all of our questions and is a good representative of this facility. I was impressed that she knew the names of most of the residents we met. We are certainly going to give this place a serious look.
