He built his business around importing tiles from around the world, primarily from his native Spain. Five years after Ossining opened; they outgrew the space and built a 30,000 sq ft warehouse and showroom in Briarcliff Manor. The customer service is horrific. I spent 45 minutes looking at tile this morning and did not even get acknowledged by one of the five representatives that were working. I would not recommend even walking into this showroom.
