store has great options but whoa the employees have the worst energy ever it was lowkey assaulting when i walked in.
Drove here from Salem, and the girl working here was not kind at all. It’s possible she had personal things going on and having a bad day, so I try to give grace. But as I kept asking questions she very condescending and rude. This was a Sunday a few weeks ago and I left pretty quickly without getting anything because I felt so uncomfortable. I understand hardship, but when I drive hours, maybe tell me your issues so I can understand as I shop, and pray for you, thereby not feeling like you want me out of your existence.
This was my second time coming to this store. The first time I had a good experience. This time however I was underwhelmed with the inventory and the vibe in there was unwelcoming energetically. We were in there around 4:30pm on a Monday and it seemed like the staff was ready for the end of their day. I have never felt this way in any other rock shop or been in one where there are do not touch signs everywhere in the store. Honestly I won't go back.
Terra and her employees are just a wonderful spirit. I’ve been coming in and shopping at this store for years now. They are always there to help and Terra’s inventory has always been amazing to wonder. I will continue to shop and do business here. They will work with you if you are looking for a certain crystal or stone. They have always looked after me and my soul family. Thank you, folks!!
