We have been using Terra Software to host our Coastal Swap Meet FileMaker file for many years and although there have been a few times when the site was down for reasons unknown to us, Ferrell has always been very responsive to get things up and running very quickly. Overall we couldn’t be happier with his service and customer commitment.
Zero stars . Literally paid him a deposit and I have never received it back. Lots of broken promises and broken contracts. Zero integrity It has been 16 months and he still owes me my deposit back. Posting this is against everything I believe in but I truly believe everyone contemplating working with Ferrell should go in with their eyes wide open. I do believe he does know his stuff in a Filemaker platform... but this man should not be taking people's money and then not following through with his promises. Court action is in... read more
