Visited on a weekend afternoon when there were no other customers in the store besides the sales associates. We were not greeted when we entered, and the staff were gathered at the counter chatting among themselves. It felt as though we had interrupted a social gathering rather than walked into a store ready to assist customers. We browsed several items, but no one approached us or offered any assistance or introduction. We eventually decided to leave because the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming and made us uncomfortable.

We waited about 8 weeks for a teak sectional we ordered, which was the advertised time, however once we removed the plastic wrap from the cushions we realized they were stained badly. We contacted the store and they turned us over to customer care which told us they don’t replace stained cushions, we have to wash them and hope it comes out. That really isn’t a solution. This is not low cost furniture, you would expect better quality control leaving the factory. Now we are stuck with a rather ugly sectional.

Best shopping experience. Gillian at the Agoura store was fun and smart and wonderful and caring. Had an issue with the color I got for something and they quickly exchanged it. Highly recommend. I love my outdoor space.

I bought furniture from there a couple years ago and I’m so happy with it. I wanted to come back and write a review. I’m in the market for some new patio lounge chairs and I’m definitely going back there. Their service is exceptional and their quality is high. I bought two aluminum couches and two chairs with gray cushions and I love them. They’re very comfortable.
