Salesperson was helpful and informed, but the sheer number of pieces here illustrates the high markup. Online yesterday with warranty the mesh chaise was $875 and trashed and stained the same chaise without warranty was $795. I mean, who do they think they’re kidding? A huge umbrella for over 1k with a huge black stain…

The Terra Outdoor Living Outlet is the brand's warehouse for returns and floor models. We found it to be our best source for beautifully made, coordinating patio furniture at a decent price. We purchased a table and chairs at the outlet at a 60 percent discount. Our salesman, Rick Eckert, was wonderful. He was knowledgeable about all of the merchandise. He provided helpful information without being pushy. Delivery was seamless. A missing bumper was hand delivered the next day. Highly recommended.
The staff is professional and friendly. It’s a great place to get quality outdoor furniture at a discount!
