When they are selling them to you, they give you all the guarantees, to replace anything. Now, I am trying to replace few stained cushions, (from weather) they dont honor their promaise and they continue telling me to buy products from Walmart. I wish they would have told me this when I bought their expensive furniture. Despite the great care I took, some stains dont go away.

The quality of their outdoor furniture is superior to the other local stores. Far superior. You get what you pay for! I also really liked the modern styles (relating to present styles, not necessarily modern aesthetic) of their furniture and decor offerings. The other notable store in town offered styles that seemed very "early 2000s". Not our taste at all. Love the sunbrella fabric! Love the heft! Love the service! So happy with our purchase.

I love Terra's furniture and this store has an excellent selection. I wanted to leave a review to specifically call out the staff here. Michael and Annie, in particular, were so patient with us as we figured out what we wanted to buy. I think we must have gone in and out of the store like 20 times (seriously) and they were helpful, not pushy, and really went out of their way to make something work for us. Can't say enough about the service here!
