The Terra folks were so supportive and helpful! In April of 2023 my wife and I purchased our outdoor furniture for our back deck. 4 months later my wife passed away from cancer. It has taken me a year to finally get back to them about delivering our furniture. Over that time they were all very empathetic and patient with me. I have had the furniture in place for only 2 days and it looks better than I could imagine! Great quality and comfort. I will always remember Jacqueline when I sit here. Thank you Terra Family!

We had such a great experience with Terra Outdoor Living in Mill Valley from start to finish. They were so helpful, efficient, and professional at the store. They called and scheduled delivery within 2 days after ordering and delivered our furniture within a week of ordering. The delivery team was very professional.
