I sent a pair of their earrings to my GF across the country and they broke in transit. 😭 I purchased them at my local whole foods in Maryland but decided to reach out to them via IG. I assumed they'd tell me I have to go to WFM and deal with them but they are sending my gf a replacement pair! Completely shocked and so happy with their customer service. I love the Terra products because they use natural materials, beautiful indigenous designs and have amazing sales people like Clara to work with throughout the year!
This company has beautiful (green friendly) jewelry and is run by wonderful people. Pricing is very fair, and the product is excellent in both quality and design. They supply South American artisans with income as well as using as many local vendors as possible for things such as displays, photography, marketing and staff. Two thumbs up for this unique and friendly family based business!
