I’ve been seeing Tara since July, and she is simply amazing. After several surgeries, her work has been essential in helping regulate my nervous system and reduce pain — sometimes eliminating my lower back pain completely. She’s positive, skilled, intuitive, and creates the safest, most comfortable space. Every session feels magical. Highly recommend.

I received craniosacral therapy from Tara and it was the most supportive contact, environment, and session I have had thus far. She is highly intuitive with a delicate yet magnetizing touch that really calmed my nervous system. I saw her for pressure I was feeling at my temples and behind my eyes that she was able to relieve. Tara is a fantastic massage therapist. You can feel what a gentle and loving soul she is the moment you are in her space. Her office is lovely and I felt right at home. I will be recommending her to any and everyone!
