Had a really great experience with Terra Firma from start to finish. Customer service was spot on the whole way through - no pressure, no hard sell, just good advice and help when we needed it. The project was delivered on time and the end result looks class. Would defintely recommend Terra Firma to anyone doing a bathroom or tiling project.
We found using our over the bath shower was becoming too difficult and uncomfortable, and we talked about a walk-in shower. We called into Terra Firma to speak to George and get some advice. He called to our home and spent ages going through everything we could have in our compact bathroom - he has the patience of a saint, and is one of the nicest people you could deal with.
