Having cared for multiple aging family members and working for Visiting Angels, I have experienced a wide variety of care communities. When we were seeking respite care for our mother, we chose Terra Bluffs for a variety of reasons, and they did not disappoint. The staff has been wonderfully friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t be more grateful for the compassionate and professional care my father has received at Terra Bluffs. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and truly understands the unique needs of those with memory challenges. The environment is warm, secure, and thoughtfully designed to promote comfort and engagement. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my father is in such capable and caring hands. Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough good about Terra Bluffs and the people who work there. We were probably like a lot of people when it came time to look for assisted living options for my 92 year old mother. We are so glad we chose this community for Pat’s ‘Respite Month’. This is the necessary healing time in between a rehab facility and one’s home. Terra Bluffs is the newest Assisted Living facility centrally located right off of E470. The staff surprisingly gave us a very warm welcome upon our first arrival. My husband’s apt. was a large 1 bedroom / full bathroom, with a separate living room / kitchen which even included a full size refrigerator. Incredible and unheard of.... Terra Bluffs was able to keep a husband and wife together in the most difficult of scenarios. Rather than letting one of their beloved residents pass away at the hospital, they were able to open up another room to allow this man to pass with his whole family and spouse by his side. After working on the home health side with this family for sometime this extreme kindness brought tears to my eyes. Thank you Terra Bluffs for going above and beyond for the residents we all love.
